Recruitofy is a recruitment platform that connects job seekers with recruiters. Our services include resume analysis using AI technology, profile management, and recruitment tools for both job seekers and recruiters.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Recruitofy, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Recruitofy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

Recruiters may be charged fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with 30 days' notice. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the charge.
Our platform uses AI technology, including Google's Gemini, to analyze resumes and user data. This analysis helps improve matching between job seekers and recruiters. By using our services, you consent to this AI processing.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Recruitofy and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Recruitofy Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, successful recruitment, or the accuracy of AI analysis. We are not responsible for the actions of users or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruitofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recruitofy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
